We are excited to announce the decision to open all orders India wide, and internationally. We will operate in co-ordination with local authorities and do our all to protect you and our team members. 

Please note we will not be shipping to containment zones, and are not able to ship to areas which have closed their borders. Please check you are not in one of these zones prior to ordering. If you are unsure, please Whatsapp us on +91 91000 62811 PRIOR to ordering.

Due the dynamic nature of the situation, we are not able to guarantee deliveries during this period of time. We will not be processing any refunds due to stock availability, delivery delays and unable to deliver.

As we ship through third parties, our delivery times and schedules are dependent on them.

Terms and conditions in regards to COVID-19

  • Our team will do their best to take all precautions in regards to secure safe deliveries. 
  • Please note your delivery may be delayed due to restrictions. Champs Fleur is not liable for damage due to delayed deliveries.
  • Additionally, as per our usual T&Cs, we will not be able to cancel orders or give refunds once an order has been placed under any circumstances, related to COVID-19 or not. 
  • We will always do our best to deliver your orders, however, inability to do so due to government regulations and other supply restrictions - Champs Fleur is not responsible and cannot process cancellations or refunds regarding this.
  • Before placing your order, it is up to you to check if you residing in green, orange/yellow, red or containment zone. Champs Fleur is not liable for unsuccessful deliveries made in these zones due to government and local regulations.
  • Fresh flowers may not be able all the time. We are not able to gurantee any delivery times or dates.
  • Due to delays at customs, factories and clearance facilities, if stock is not available for your purchased arrangement it can be delivered at a future date or you will be given a credit note for the same. Please note this includes all LonglastingⓇ and fresh flower arrangements.
  • Please note Champs Fleur does not process ANY refunds.

Please note during the COVID-19 government lock-downs fresh flower availability and delivery is limited. Before ordering on our website, we recommend contacting us on WhatsApp +91 9100 62811 to ensure availability. If we are unable to deliver your order due to government restrictions, you will receive a credit note for the same value. We are not processing refunds. Please check with our team before placing any orders to avoid disappointment.
