Ensuring your arrangements reaches on time is one of our biggest priorities. Our arrangements are packed securely and shipped India-Wide via Blue Dart and internationally via DHL, FedEx or First Flight. 

 To track the status of your order, use the AWB or tracking ID provided on the Bluedart website. Check the email address you have provided us for the AWB or tracking ID. 

You can also email us on general@champsfleur.com with your order number if you need further assistance.

Please note that any issues with delivery or receiving an order on time that is caused by Bluedart or courier company especially including natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, festival closures and extreme weather, is outside the control of Champs Fleur and must be directed to the courier for a solution. Refunds will not be given, and you will remain liable for such orders.

Our flowers are fresh and real thus slight colour variations may occur from flower to flower. Small tears may be visible on the petals, this is perfectly normal and does not affect the longevity of the rose.

Champs Fleur does not accept refunds or exchanges due to shipping issues such as damages due the Courier company, delays in shipping or change of mind.

The customer accepts that flowers are a natural product and the final design of the arrangement is decided by our expert florists.
