Sales & Marketing Lead

Champs Fleur is a luxury floral boutique based in Hyderabad, India. We specialize in Longlasting® roses and flowers, which are real flowers that last for one year. 

We launched in 2018, and now have offices in Delhi and Mumbai. In March 2019, we expanded into fresh flowers for homes, hotels, and decor for events.

We are looking for a talented and dedicated sales assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for Champs Fleur’s complete sales activities across three cities. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with clients across our sales channels (Whatsapp, Phone, Facebook, Instagram, Website, F2F)
  • Reaching out to B2B customers, and fostering a relationship with them
  • Creating proposals for clients for custom arrangements, contract floristry work, and decor for events
  • Maintaining and updating our product catalog
  • Assisting social media team
  • Assisting for events
  • Attending expos around India and representing Champs Fleur
  • Upselling, and following through with the sales funnel to close deals
  • Visiting clients in their homes or business place on a regular basis
  • Ensuring orders are made, shipped and delivered on time
  • Coordinating with the logistics company to ensure timely deliveries
  • Coordinating with the client and internal team for contract work and events
  • Meeting monthly sales goals and quotas

 

Qualities & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Inbound & Outbound Sales & Marketing
  • Extrovert and love talking to people
  • Able to work in a high-stress environment
  • Team player and hardworking
  • Punctual and professional
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Customer service & Ops experience
  • Flexible with timings & Travelling
  • Preferred in the luxury sphere
  • Interest in flowers or experience in gifting, flowers, events, B2C and B2B sales
