Job summary
We are looking for a self-driven Client Servicing Executive who can interact with our clients/customers over various social media platforms and help us grow. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers as well as represent the company at various expos.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
- Ability to prioritize work
- Good composition skills – ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate response
This is your role:
- Plan and achieve sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction/delight confirming to the laid down Company policies.
- Respond to customer queries over Whatsapp, Instagram, live chat, text messages and phone calls
- Required to interact with the customers at our store
- Lead generation(B2B), Identification and understanding customer requirements.
- Respond to emails and comments on social media
- Assist with inventory management
- Coordinate with other teams to help customers with their custom orders
- Prepare Negotiation Strategy anticipating the needs of the Customer.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Ought to possess social skills and must love interacting with clients/customers.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Should be flexible with timings and working on weekends (working hours will be standard)
- Should be okay with travelling to meet high-profile clients (expenses will be borne by the company)
