Champs Fleur is a luxury floral boutique based in Hyderabad, India. We specialize in Longlasting® roses and flowers, which real flowers that last for one year.
We launched in 2018, and now have offices in Delhi and Mumbai. In March 2019, we expanded into fresh flowers for homes, hotels, and decor for events.
We are looking for a seasoned business manager to join our team and manage the day to day operations of the business. You will be responsible for Champs Fleur’s complete business across three cities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day to day operations of the business
- Finance and budgeting
- Motivating, hiring and training new employees
- Developing and executing growth strategy
- Meeting and building relationships with key clients
- Planning and executing marketing events and sales drives
- Managing a team of 15 people across India. Managing their task lists and ensuring projects are completed on time AND to a standard that matches the brand
- Meeting and pushing sales goals
- Able to manage a team, and delegate tasks
- Coordinating with florists and other vendors
- Creating mood boards and custom proposals
- End to end execution of floral decor for events (weddings, private dinners, birthday parties)
- Meeting monthly sales goals
- Any adhoc business duties
Qualities & Qualifications
- Creative and able to think outside of the box
- Interest in the luxury goods industry
- Passion for flowers
- Minimum of 5-years experience, with 2 years experience in managing a high performing team
- Able to work in a high-stress environment
- Independent and hard working
- Punctual and professional
